These terms govern the use of the Kaffelito website and the purchase of Kaffelito products. We recommend reading them before placing your first order.
By placing an order with Kaffelito, you accept the conditions below. If you have any questions, message us on WhatsApp before purchasing.
By accessing and using the Kaffelito website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the site.
Kaffelito reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page.
Kaffelito sells specialty coffee roasted as whole bean or ground, in 150 g, 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg formats. Cupping notes, origin and variety descriptions reflect the lot available at the time of purchase.
Product images are representative. Packaging may vary slightly between lots without affecting coffee quality.
Orders are placed via WhatsApp or the contact form on the site. We coordinate the payment method after the order is confirmed: bank transfer, Yape, Plin, or cash on delivery within Villa Rica.
Prices are quoted in Peruvian soles (S/.) and include VAT (IGV). Prices may change without notice, but we honour the price quoted when the order is confirmed.
We ship across Peru. Cost and transit time depend on the destination city and are coordinated via WhatsApp after payment is confirmed.
Villa Rica, Pasco and nearby cities: personal delivery or same-day/next-day shuttle. Lima and other cities: 2 to 5 business days via transport agency (Shalom, Olva, Marvisur).
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you have up to 7 calendar days from delivery to request an exchange. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the product and packaging.
Because roasted coffee is a perishable good, we do not accept returns for change of mind once the vacuum-sealed bag has been opened.
The allies program (kaffelito.com/aliados) is a pre-sale campaign with benefits. It is not an investment, equity, financial return, or shareholding arrangement. Benefits (samples, discounts, private channel) are delivered only to active allies.
Kaffelito reserves the right of admission and may withdraw benefits from allies who breach program rules.
All site content (text, images, logos, recipes, descriptions) is the property of Kaffelito or used under licence. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited without written authorisation.
Kaffelito is not responsible for misuse of the product or for damage caused by consumption beyond the recommended post-roast window (4 to 6 weeks after vacuum sealing).
